Recipe: fermented corn dough porridge (Mori kooko/Koko)
- Milled corn (fermented)
- Roasted peanuts (Optional)
- Grains of Selim, see picture below (Optional)
- Dissolve the dough in cold water, make sure it’s lump free
- Sieve the mixture (Optional), add salt
- Put your mixture on medium heat, stir constantly and gently till it boils.
- Allow it boil for 3 minutes.
Serve with the roasted peanuts, milk, bread or bofrot.
